Delivery times are not negotiable. Refunds for shipping costs only are granted if the delivery company (UPS or FEDEX) is in error and does not deliver by their stated delivery date.
*Note:TO AVOID DELAYED DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER, please verify that your address and credit card information are correct (verify your credit card is not expired if you are a previous customer). Also verify that your image uploads properly. You will have a chance to verify this when you submit your order in Step 6.
Delays that result from Icing Images needing to contact you for correct information (or a valid image file) can cause your order to not be processed in time to meet the delivery dates stated above, in which case you will need to approve a later arrival date, or you may cancel the order.
STEP 5: Select Digital Picture:
In this step you will select your digital picture for uploading. Additional pictures can be uploaded (up to 3) at a cost of
$2 each. All pictures uploaded are intended for this order only.
You can avoid additional picture costs by combining the pictures yourself using a paintshop program.
Be careful not to confuse additional pictures with Duplicate Order in Step 3.
If you are ordering 12 2.5" circles, do not select additional pictures. This size will only allow one image per sheet for all circles.

(that's about 1,500 KB), or the images may not upload. Reduce the filesize using a graphics program that can resize your image or compress it further.
Also, digital pictures that are too tiny will not enlarge clearly (they will look pixely).

About Image Files: Images that did not originate as a graphic or were extracted from a document, such as .pdf, ppt, or .docx type files,
may discolor during shipping (as the image sets, usually to a green hue) since these documents change the underlying color palettes of the images.
In addition, image files you find on the internet may also discolor when printed due to web-safe color palettes and image compression.
Icing Images will not offer refunds for discoloration of these image types, so please try to acquire original .jpg, .png, or .bmp files only.
